Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Arrow Escape game and its online features ("the service"), provided by Inovit BD. By installing or playing Arrow Escape you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The game

Arrow Escape is free to play. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment.

2. Virtual items

Coins, hints, hearts and themes are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and they may be rebalanced as the game evolves. Rewards for watching optional videos are granted only when the video is completed.

3. Google Play Games

Signing in with Google Play Games is optional. When you do, your progress is backed up in your Play Games saved game and may be restored or merged on your other devices; Google's terms apply to your Play Games account. We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by deleting your Play Games data or by Google's services being unavailable.

4. Fair play

Please do not cheat on the leaderboards, tamper with the app or our server, overload the service, or choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone or infringes their rights. We may rename, hide or remove profiles and scores that break these rules.

5. Ads

The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled and how to change your choices.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the game and its online features running, but they are provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Offline play does not depend on our server.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for a free game, is zero). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your online data as described in the data deletion page. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
