Delete your Arrow Escape data

You can remove everything our server holds about you at any time. It takes one tap.

In the app (instant)

1. Open Arrow Escape and tap the gear on the home screen to open Settings.
2. Scroll to Data and tap Delete online data.
3. Confirm with Delete.

Your anonymous profile, display name, daily challenge scores and gameplay statistics are deleted from our database immediately. Your progress on the phone itself is kept; use Reset progress in the same menu, or uninstall the app, to remove that too.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email tanvirmahin24@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and, if you can, your display name and the approximate date you last played. We will delete matching data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted: player ID and token, display name, all gameplay results, all daily scores.
• Kept: nothing that identifies you. Aggregated totals already shown on this site (for example "puzzles solved") are not personal data.
• Your Google Play Games saved game (cloud save) is held by Google in your Play Games account. Delete it in the Google Play Games app: Profile > Settings > Delete Play Games account & data, or remove just Arrow Escape's data from the game's page in that app.
• Advertising data is held by Google. Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Google > Ads), and see Google's privacy controls at myaccount.google.com.
